When the new is depressing … find a spot in the world you’ve never heard of …
Below is Klaksvik, on the island of Borðoy. It is Faroe Islands’ second largest town. Population 5,000. In that town there is a church with a 19th century wooden boat hanging from the ceiling, an homage to their Viking past.

How have I gone this long and never heard of Klaksvik? I’m so fixing this glitch. By the end of the day, my plan is to own the history of that town like a Boss.
